The moment we have shipped your order you will receive an e-mail with the Track & Trace code.
If you haven't received the shipment confirmation, we advice you to check your spam folder or to contact our Support Team. We would love to help you.
Products can be returned within 14 days upon receipt if the products are unworn, undamaged, free of odor and make-up and if the labels, hand tags and 'protectatag' ribbon is undamaged and/or not has been removed. Final Sale items are not returnable for exchange or refund. You can report your return by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the order number and the items which you would like to return. Note that you always need to report the return and fill in our return form. Click here to download the return form and provide your order number and the return reason. Add the return form to the returned products. If the return does not meet the above, the items will be send back to you. Return costs are for your own account. Returns will be processed within 7 working days.
The shipment costs for the returned order is at the expense of the customer. In the Nederlands the cost for letterbox packages are €7,25. For other countries please contact your local post office. Luscious The Label is not liable for packages sent without a track & trace code.
