The moment your order is shipped by us you will receive a shipping confirmation from us by e-mail, with a Track & Trace code

Products can be returned within 14 days upon receipt if the products are unworn, undamaged, free of odor and make-up and if the labels, hand tags and 'protectatag' ribbon is undamaged and/or not has been removed. If you have an account your can register your return online. Final Sale items are not returnable for exchange or refund. You can report your return by sending an email to email@example.com indicating the order number and the items which you would like to return. Note that you always need to report the return and fill in our return form. Click here to download the return form and provide your order number and the return reason. Add the return form to the returned products. If the return does not meet the above, the items will be send back to you. Return costs are for your own account. Returns will be processed within 7 working days.
